Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate IT systems, applications, and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and process workflows.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to ensure smooth operation of IT systems.
• Conduct regular system audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions for business challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as an IT Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Proficiency in system analysis, design, and documentation techniques.
• Experience with various operating systems, databases, and software applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of IT security principles and practices is a plus.
