As a Junior IT Support Specialist, you will provide essential technical support to our clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
• Document and track issues using a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of IT best practices and emerging technologies.
• Provide support for network connectivity issues and basic network troubleshooting.
• Assist with user account management, including password resets and access permissions.

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications.
• Basic knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting tools.
• Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role.
