Avanade is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT & Communications Solutions Architect to join our team in Aalborg. This senior-level position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in the IT & Communication industry, particularly within the Banking & Financial sector. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing innovative solutions that meet our clients’ complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of IT and communication solutions for clients in the Banking & Financial sector.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain architecture blueprints, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and development teams.
• Conduct technology assessments and recommend appropriate solutions to meet client needs.
• Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of implemented solutions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT and communications architecture, with a focus on the Banking & Financial sector.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex IT solutions.
• Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in relevant technologies and tools, such as cloud platforms, networking, and security solutions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Cisco).
• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
• Fluency in Danish and English.
