Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage sports programs and events that align with Apple’s values and goals.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of sports activities.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
• Manage budgets, resources, and logistics for sports programs and events.
• Promote sports programs through various channels to increase participation and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices in all sports activities.
• Provide excellent customer service to participants, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Recreation, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sports program coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Passion for sports and a commitment to promoting a healthy, active lifestyle.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in sports and recreation.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
