Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the strategic planning, development, and execution of sport and recreation programs and initiatives.
• Lead and manage a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
• Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance program offerings and community engagement.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate our sport and recreation services.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management, Recreation, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sport and recreation management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of successful program development and operational management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and drive innovative solutions.
• Experience in budget management and financial planning.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
