Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing sports events and activities.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including sports teams, coaches, and participants.
• Manage event logistics, such as scheduling, venue setup, and equipment procurement.
• Promote events through various communication channels, including social media and local advertising.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines during events.
• Provide excellent customer service to participants and address any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of events, attendance, and feedback for future improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Recreation, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in IT & Communication tools, including Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
• Passion for sports and promoting an active lifestyle.
• Previous experience in event coordination or sports management is a plus, but not required.
