Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing sports events and activities.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including sports teams, coaches, and participants.
- Manage event logistics, such as scheduling, venue setup, and equipment procurement.
- Promote events through various communication channels, including social media and local advertising.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines during events.
- Provide excellent customer service to participants and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of events, attendance, and feedback for future improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Recreation, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in IT & Communication tools, including Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Passion for sports and promoting an active lifestyle.
- Previous experience in event coordination or sports management is a plus, but not required.
