Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee clinical operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance clinical workflows and patient care.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and sales, to drive innovation in healthcare solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the healthcare industry.
• Manage and mentor a team of clinical operations professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Analyze and report on key performance metrics, using data to inform decision-making and strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, partners, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field; a clinical background is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale clinical projects and initiatives.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AWS services and solutions.
• Background in digital health or health IT.
• Fluency in both German and English.
