Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for all medical and clinical activities within the organization.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with board certification in a relevant specialty.
• Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of success in healthcare management and administration.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Danish is a plus.
