We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to join our team at AWS in Copenhagen. This executive-level position is pivotal in driving our healthcare and medical initiatives, ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of clinical excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for AWS’s healthcare and medical initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative healthcare solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
• Act as a key spokesperson for AWS in the healthcare industry, representing the company at conferences, seminars, and other public forums.
• Oversee clinical research and development projects, ensuring they align with AWS’s strategic goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, regulatory bodies, and industry partners.
• Lead efforts to integrate advanced technologies, such as AI and machine learning, into healthcare solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of healthcare initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with board certification in a relevant specialty.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale healthcare projects and initiatives.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
• Experience with healthcare technology, including AI, machine learning, and data analytics, is highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Danish is a plus.
