Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all clinical operations activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance clinical operations and improve patient outcomes.
• Lead a team of clinical professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research, product development, and regulatory affairs, to drive clinical initiatives and projects.
• Monitor and analyze clinical data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure the efficient and effective use of resources, including budget management and resource allocation.
• Maintain strong relationships with external partners, including healthcare providers, regulatory agencies, and industry organizations.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as healthcare administration, clinical research, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing clinical operations in a complex and fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in the healthcare and medical field.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German is highly desirable.
