Senior Design Architect

Anchor is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Design Architect to join our dynamic team in Stuttgart. This is a senior-level position that requires a deep understanding of architectural design, project management, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovative design and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project goals are met.
• Oversee the preparation of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
