Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the design team to deliver world-class design solutions that align with DBS’s strategic goals.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive design strategy that enhances the company’s brand and market position.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and engineering, to ensure cohesive and impactful design execution.
• Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring high standards of quality and creativity.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep DBS at the forefront of design innovation.
• Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the design team.
• Manage the design budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize impact and efficiency.
• Represent DBS at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote our design capabilities and thought leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior design leadership role, preferably within the Design & Architecture industry.
• Proven track record of delivering innovative and impactful design solutions.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of designers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and strategies to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and AutoCAD.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to align design initiatives with organizational objectives.
