Senior Design Architect

Avanade is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Design Architect to join our team in Aalborg. This is a senior-level position within the Design & Architecture industry, specifically focusing on the Banking & Financial sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead complex projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of innovative solutions for clients in the Banking & Financial sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Develop and present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure that all designs meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and designers within the team.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the design and architecture field.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on the Banking & Financial sector.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering complex design projects.
• Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with sustainable design practices.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations specific to the Banking & Financial sector.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Professional certification in architecture or design.
