Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of complex projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative design solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and designers.
• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and developers.
• Ensure compliance with architectural standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in design and architecture, with a focus on complex projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and architecture projects.
• Proficiency in design software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with sustainable design practices and green building standards.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology.
• Certification in architecture or design-related fields.
