Senior Construction Project Manager

Description

Anchor is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team in Aalborg. This is a senior-level position that requires a deep understanding of the construction industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide regular updates and address any issues or concerns.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project success.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Prepare and present project reports and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Fluency in Danish and English is required.
