Senior Construction Project Manager

Description

Meta is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team in Munich. This senior-level position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in the construction industry, capable of managing complex projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, from initial planning and design to final completion and handover.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication among project team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
