The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays.
• Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Support the Project Manager in day-to-day project management tasks.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project).
• Basic understanding of construction processes and terminology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in German and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous internship or work experience in construction project coordination.
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
