Anchor is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Real Estate Associate to join our dynamic team in Iceland. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the Real Estate & Property industry, working alongside seasoned professionals in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management and coordination of real estate transactions, including property acquisitions, sales, and leases.
• Conduct market research and analysis to support property valuations and investment decisions.
• Prepare and review real estate documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Maintain and update property listings and databases.
• Coordinate property viewings and inspections with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support to senior team members as needed.
• Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and presentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Icelandic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Previous experience or internships in real estate or a related field is a plus.
