Chief Real Estate Officer (CREO)

BGC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Real Estate Officer (CREO) to join our executive team in Aarhus. This pivotal role will oversee all aspects of our real estate and property operations, ensuring strategic growth and optimal management of our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive real estate strategies aligned with BGC’s business objectives.
• Oversee property acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development projects.
• Manage and optimize the performance of BGC’s real estate portfolio.
• Lead and mentor a team of real estate professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with other executive team members to support overall company goals.
• Analyze market trends and provide insights to inform decision-making.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports related to real estate operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of successful real estate transactions and portfolio management.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
• Knowledge of the Aarhus real estate market is a plus.
