Mid-Level Property Manager

Description

Covtech is seeking a dedicated and experienced Mid-Level Property Manager to join our dynamic team in Berlin. As a key player in the Real Estate & Property industry, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring their optimal performance and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
• Coordinate and manage property maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
• Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and lease agreements.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers.
• Assist in marketing and leasing efforts to attract and retain tenants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in property management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
