• Assist in the management and coordination of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
• Conduct market research and analysis to support property valuations and investment decisions.
• Prepare and review real estate documents, contracts, and reports.
• Maintain and update property databases and records.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Support the team in various administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Previous internship or work experience in real estate is a plus, but not required.
