Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, review, and management of legal documents related to real estate and property transactions.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support the legal team.
• Maintain and organize legal files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to facilitate smooth legal processes.
• Support the legal team in drafting and editing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and processing invoices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• Previous experience or internship in a legal setting, preferably within the real estate and property sector, is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
