Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance risks.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance-related matters.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive compliance strategies.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory authorities as required.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company.
• Investigate and resolve compliance issues and complaints.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a legal compliance role, preferably within the real estate and property sector.
• Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in Germany.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Professional certification in compliance (e.g., CCEP, CRCM).
• Experience working in a multinational corporation.
• Fluency in both German and English.
