Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects
• Support project managers in tracking project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project status

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project)
• Basic understanding of construction processes and terminology
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous internship or work experience in the construction industry
• Familiarity with project management software
