Senior Construction Project Manager

Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team at DXC in Odense. This is a senior-level position within the construction industry, focusing on healthcare and medical projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, from initial planning and design through to completion and handover.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and clients.
• Mentor and support junior project managers and other team members.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on healthcare and medical projects.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex construction projects successfully.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
