Junior Construction Project Coordinator

Citibank is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in Munich. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
• Support project managers in tracking project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for project objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of construction processes and terminology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in German and English.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous internship or work experience in construction or project management.
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
