Covtech, a leading company in the IT & Communication industry, is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Systems Analyst to join our team in Munich. This mid-level position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects and contribute to the success of our dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate IT systems, applications, and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including system specifications, user guides, and process flows.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality and minimal downtime.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize IT systems effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT systems analysis or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and system integration.
• Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud computing platforms and services.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and protocols.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or similar are advantageous.
