Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team at AWS in Aarhus. This is a unique opportunity to lead the financial strategy of a leading company in the Banking & Financial industry, ensuring robust financial health and driving sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s overall business objectives.
• Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Manage relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections.
• Monitor and manage the company’s financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee the preparation of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within the Banking & Financial industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial strategies.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
