Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within the banking and financial industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to develop and execute financial strategies that drive business growth.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Experience in managing investor relations and external stakeholders.
