We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team at AWS in Aalborg. This is a unique opportunity to lead the financial strategy of a leading company in the Banking & Financial industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving financial performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and profitability goals.
• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections.
• Manage relationships with investors, banks, and other financial institutions.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks to the organization.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive business performance and achieve strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within the Banking & Financial industry.
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategy development.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
