Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Microsoft is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team in Aalborg. This pivotal role is designed for a seasoned professional in the Banking & Financial industry who can drive financial excellence and support our growth in the IT & Communication sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support Microsoft’s business objectives in Aalborg.
• Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Lead financial risk management initiatives and develop strategies to mitigate financial risks.
• Collaborate with other executive team members to drive business growth and profitability.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors.
• Manage relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee the preparation of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within the Banking & Financial industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial strategies.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in the IT & Communication sector is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
