Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Microsoft is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team in Hamburg. This is a pivotal role within the Banking & Financial industry, where you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, driving financial strategy, and ensuring the financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and profitability goals.
• Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections.
• Manage relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
• Monitor and manage the company’s financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within the Banking & Financial industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial strategies.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
