Mid-Level Financial Analyst

Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mid-Level Financial Analyst to join our team at Citibank in Stuttgart. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in financial analysis, who is looking to further their career in the Banking & Financial industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions
• Prepare detailed reports on financial performance, trends, and forecasts
• Assist in the development of budgets and financial plans
• Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial information
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics and performance indicators
• Support senior management with ad-hoc financial analysis and projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
• Excellent knowledge of financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Oracle)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English and German

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry
