Junior Design Associate

We are seeking a passionate and creative Junior Design Associate to join our dynamic team at BGC in Berlin. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of design concepts and presentations for Sport & Recreation projects.
• Collaborate with senior designers and architects to create detailed drawings and plans.
• Conduct research on materials, products, and design trends relevant to the industry.
• Support the project team in preparing documentation and reports.
• Participate in client meetings and site visits as needed.
• Ensure all design work adheres to company standards and client requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong visual and spatial awareness.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience or interest in Sport & Recreation design projects.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
• Basic understanding of building codes and regulations.
