Senior Design Architect

Description

Citibank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Design Architect to join our team in Aalborg. This is a senior-level position that requires a deep understanding of design principles, architecture, and the ability to lead complex projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Design & Architecture industry and a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of complex projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to develop and implement design strategies.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new techniques and technologies into the design process.
• Develop and maintain design documentation, including architectural diagrams, design specifications, and project plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards throughout the design and implementation phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Design & Architecture industry, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful projects and innovative design solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in design software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
