We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development to join our team at Cognizant in Odense. This senior-level position is pivotal in driving our real estate and property development initiatives, ensuring strategic growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of real estate development projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for property acquisition, development, and management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and goals.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with real estate development projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the real estate development team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale real estate projects.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial analysis.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Strong understanding of market trends and regulatory requirements in the real estate industry.
