Apple is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Real Estate Officer (CREO) to join our team in Edinburgh. This executive-level position will play a critical role in overseeing and managing all aspects of our real estate and property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate management, strategic planning, and leadership within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive real estate strategies aligned with Apple’s business objectives.
• Oversee the acquisition, development, and management of properties to ensure optimal use and value.
• Lead a team of real estate professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the company’s growth and expansion plans.
• Manage relationships with external partners, including brokers, developers, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to real estate and property management.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports related to the real estate portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of real estate markets, property management, and development processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Experience managing large and diverse real estate portfolios.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial analysis.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
