BGC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development to join our team in Aalborg. This senior-level position is a unique opportunity to lead and shape the future of our real estate and property development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate development, exceptional leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all aspects of real estate development projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for property acquisition, development, and management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, construction, and marketing to ensure project success.
• Identify and evaluate potential development opportunities and conduct feasibility studies.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, government agencies, and community organizations.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the real estate development team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale real estate development projects.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with project budgeting and financial analysis.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of local real estate market and regulatory environment in Aalborg.
