Mid-Level Property Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mid-Level Property Manager to join our team at Cognizant in Munich. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in the Real Estate & Property industry, looking to further their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and fully operational.
• Coordinate and manage property maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
• Develop and implement property management policies and procedures.
• Handle tenant relations, including lease negotiations, renewals, and addressing tenant concerns.
• Prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless property operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in property management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Fluency in German and English is required.

• Experience with commercial property management.
