Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies that align with Anchor’s business goals and market conditions.
• Oversee risk management frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.
• Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives and business development opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and financial institutions.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance and risk management teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial strategy and risk management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
