Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

DXC is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team in London. As a leader in the Banking & Financial industry, DXC is committed to driving financial excellence and innovation. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial future of the company, ensuring robust financial health, and supporting our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support DXC’s business objectives and growth plans.
• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, and manage risk effectively.
• Lead the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other executive team members to drive strategic initiatives and business development.
• Provide accurate and timely financial reports to the CEO, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with investors, auditors, and financial institutions.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within the Banking & Financial industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial strategies.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with financial software and systems.
