Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of clinical operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize clinical trial processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a team of clinical operations professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, regulatory affairs, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless execution of clinical trials.
• Monitor and report on the progress of clinical trials, addressing any issues or challenges that arise.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the successful completion of clinical trials within timelines and budget constraints.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, integrating best practices into clinical operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
