Clinical Research Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team at DBS in Frankfurt. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage clinical research projects from initiation to completion
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and study protocols
• Recruit and screen study participants
• Obtain informed consent and maintain accurate patient records
• Monitor patient progress and report adverse events
• Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and other research staff
• Prepare and submit regulatory documents
• Maintain study documentation and databases
• Assist in the preparation of study reports and publications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., life sciences, nursing, public health)
• At least 2-3 years of experience in clinical research coordination
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical trial management software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus
