Agoda is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Director of Clinical Operations to join our team in London. This senior-level position is crucial for overseeing and optimizing our clinical operations, ensuring the highest standards of healthcare and medical services are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the clinical operations team, providing strategic direction and oversight.
• Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive clinical initiatives and improve patient outcomes.
• Monitor and evaluate clinical performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Oversee the management of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the clinical operations team.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration with external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, regulatory agencies, and industry partners.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Medical Science, or a related field; PhD or MD preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing clinical teams and driving operational excellence.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial management, regulatory requirements, and healthcare industry standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
