Senior Corporate Counsel

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Counsel to join our dynamic team at PwC in Copenhagen. This senior-level position in the Legal industry will play a crucial role in providing expert legal advice and support to our Real Estate & Property division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to navigate complex legal issues with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive legal advice and support to the Real Estate & Property division on a wide range of corporate matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate policies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including corporate governance and real estate laws.
• Manage and mitigate legal risks by developing and implementing effective legal strategies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to provide legal guidance on business initiatives and projects.
• Oversee and manage external legal counsel as needed.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the Real Estate & Property division.
• Conduct legal research and provide training to internal teams on relevant legal topics.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on real estate and property matters.
• Strong knowledge of Danish and international corporate laws and regulations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex legal issues and transactions.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
