Mid-Level Property Manager

Description

Meta is seeking a dedicated and experienced Mid-Level Property Manager to join our Real Estate & Property team in Frankfurt. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and management of our properties, contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and fully operational.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and external contractors to address and resolve property issues promptly.
• Manage tenant relationships, including handling inquiries, complaints, and lease agreements.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Prepare and manage property budgets, including forecasting expenses and tracking financial performance.
• Ensure timely collection of rent and other property-related payments.
• Assist in the development and implementation of property management policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of property activities, including maintenance logs, tenant communications, and financial transactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in property management, preferably in a commercial setting.
• Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
