Mid-Level Property Manager

Avanade is seeking a dedicated and experienced Mid-Level Property Manager to join our team in Copenhagen. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in real estate and property management, who is looking to take the next step in their career. As a Mid-Level Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of multiple properties.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure properties are in excellent condition.
• Handle tenant relations, including lease negotiations, renewals, and addressing tenant concerns.
• Prepare and manage property budgets, ensuring financial goals are met.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of property activities, including maintenance, inspections, and financial transactions.
• Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to ensure quality service delivery.
• Implement and enforce property management policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in property management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple properties simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with commercial property management.
• Knowledge of local property laws and regulations.
• Project management experience.
• Strong negotiation skills.
