Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage clinical research projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and study protocols.
• Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants.
• Collect, process, and manage clinical data.
• Monitor study progress and maintain accurate study documentation.
• Communicate effectively with study sponsors, investigators, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of study reports and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., life sciences, healthcare).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in clinical research coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and clinical trial management systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) or equivalent.
• Experience in a specific therapeutic area (e.g., oncology, cardiology).
• Fluency in both German and English.
