Chief Real Estate Officer (CREO)

Apple is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Real Estate Officer (CREO) to join our team in Manchester. This executive-level position will play a critical role in overseeing and managing all aspects of our real estate and property portfolio, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive real estate strategies that support Apple’s business objectives and growth plans.
• Oversee the acquisition, development, leasing, and management of properties within the portfolio.
• Lead negotiations for property transactions, including purchases, sales, leases, and joint ventures.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to real estate and property management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and address their real estate needs and requirements.
• Manage relationships with external partners, including brokers, developers, and legal advisors.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to inform decision-making and strategy development.
• Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the real estate portfolio.
• Lead and mentor a team of real estate professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large and complex real estate portfolios.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
