We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Real Estate Officer (CREO) to join our team at PWC in Aalborg. This executive-level position is a unique opportunity to lead and shape the strategic direction of our real estate and property operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive growth and innovation within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the real estate division, aligning with the overall goals of PWC.
• Oversee property acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio management to maximize returns and minimize risks.
• Lead and mentor a team of real estate professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with senior executives to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and government agencies.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to inform decision-making and strategy development.
• Oversee budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting for the real estate division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong understanding of real estate markets, investment strategies, and financial analysis.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in real estate management software and tools.
